It makes the whole thing a cheesy delight. This is not uncommon for a mac and cheese pizza, but it’s definitely the right choice. Instead of using the standard red sauce, this pizza is slathered with a cheddar cheese sauce. ![]() We find 21 minutes to be just about the sweet spot for cooking time, but this will probably vary from oven to oven. You’re off to the races, friend! Now, we should point out that the instructions say to place the pizza directly on the oven rack, but we always use a baking sheet. So we’re especially excited about today’s pizza, the Lotzza Motzza Mac Attack Mac & Cheese Pizza. We really love this brand (which is actually a sub-brand of Bernatello’s), and it seems like every pizza we taste from them is a winner.
